Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Superintendent

At Allied Fire Protection, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fire protection systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and other related equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field crews, ensuring that all installations meet or exceed industry standards and company quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for field personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a fire sprinkler foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
  • 10 years of experience in the fire protection industry, with a strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, teams, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, project managers, designers, and field personnel.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and other related equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA) training program for fire sprinkler foremen.
  • RME-I license or equivalent.
  • Experience with NFPA 13 rules and codes.
