We are seeking a highly skilled CPA with a robust background in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) accounting. This position is ideal for individuals looking to transition from traditional accounting roles into a dynamic and challenging environment focused on transactional risk insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
As an M&A Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating the viability of Representations and Warranties Insurance and Transactional Risk Insurance options for M&A transactions through comprehensive financial risk assessments.
  • Collaborating with legal teams and underwriters to conduct thorough due diligence on coverage applications.
  • Tailoring RWI policies to fit approved M&A transactions.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting related to Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a CPA certification.
  • The ability to critically assess the accuracy of financial statements and the sufficiency of assets when reviewing insurance applications.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $400,000, along with an annual bonus. Comprehensive health benefits and a matched 401(k) plan are also included.
