About the Role

Fluor Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading estimating and work planning for the O&M phase of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead estimating and work planning for O&M projects
  • Develop and present value engineering proposals and alternates
  • Review and incorporate historical data into estimates
  • Provide technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates
  • Prepare for and attend scope meetings with stakeholders
  • Identify risk items and assign risk levels
  • Review estimates for completion and technical accuracy
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year civil engineering degree or global equivalent
  • 15 years of work-related experience in construction and/or operations & maintenance projects
  • Minimum 5 years estimating and cost control experience
  • Work planning and budgeting experience
  • Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts
  • Strong technical writing and proposal writing skills
