Role Summary:

The Service Coordinator is tasked with overseeing invoicing processes, managing service requests, and serving as a communication bridge between internal departments and clients. Primary Duties:

  • Generate customer invoices, requisitions, and related account documentation.
  • Utilize cloud-based management platforms (Salesforce, Epicor ERP) to handle service requests and billing operations.
  • Collaborate with internal management to address escalated concerns and provide status updates.
  • Engage with clients to resolve billing issues, coordinate schedules, and respond to project-related questions.
  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, invoicing, and billing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess general technical skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous, though not mandatory.
