  • Check in patients and schedule appointments using our scheduling software
  • Verify dental insurance and answer insurance and billing questions
  • Oversee patient account management and ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:

Mondays: 6:30am - 2:15pm

Tuesdays: 6:30am - 2:15pm

Wednesdays: 1:30pm - 8:15pm

Thursdays: 1:30pm - 8:15pm

Fridays: OFF

Saturdays: 7am - 2:45pm (10/year)
