Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding service to our guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their information, assigning rooms, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute room keys, and securely handle credit card information.
  • Respond to incoming calls and manage online and in-person booking requests, providing information on room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special accommodations.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrival.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
  • Able to handle phone inquiries and manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
