KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and manage a variety of machines and equipment in the testing and repair environment.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail during machine setup to guarantee consistent and reliable functionality.
  • Interpret technical drawings, workflow documents, and manufacturing guidelines accurately.
  • Conduct setup, testing, and validation of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and repair products and tools as necessary.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and engineers to resolve product and procedural issues promptly.
  • Independently resolve most issues, escalating only complex matters to higher levels.
  • Analyze and assess testing conditions with precision.
  • Complete assignments with minimal oversight.
  • Inspect and measure components thoroughly.
  • Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of all equipment.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and maintenance activities for equipment.
  • Conduct equipment runs and tests, documenting results, prototyping parts, and developing methodologies.
  • Support cutter and testing development initiatives.
  • Implement cutter modifications as requested by manufacturing or repair teams.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for field requests and inquiries from the repair center.
  • Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in operating CNC machines and programming is advantageous.
  • Experience with PDC cutters is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to engage in improvement initiatives and provide constructive feedback.
