Compensation Analyst Role

At Paychex, we're seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Architecture Framework: Develop and maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Compensation Strategy: Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement effective compensation strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation packages.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and respond to changes in legislation and regulations that impact compensation practices.
  • Salary Review Process: Lead the annual salary review process, including creating salary structures, conducting benchmarking studies, and recommending adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in Project management.
  • 5 years of experience in Compensation analysis, design, and implementation, preferably in a large organization.
  • CCP, PHR a plus.
Compensation:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we're excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
