FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Proporcionar un entorno laboral seguro para los empleados manteniendo el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
  • Asegurar que el ensamblaje se complete con los más altos estándares de calidad.
  • Garantizar que los empleados cuenten con las herramientas y la capacitación adecuadas para realizar su trabajo.
  • Identificar problemas relacionados con el proceso de producción y generar informes para facilitar la mejora del proceso.
  • Monitorear el progreso y las asignaciones de los empleados.
  • Supervisar el uso de herramientas por parte de los empleados para asegurar un manejo seguro.
  • Dirigir las actividades diarias del área de producción para cumplir con los estándares de volumen, costo y calidad.
  • Conducir reuniones diarias de equipo y reuniones con líderes de grupo.
  • Mantener informes operativos diarios/semanales según el Sistema de Gestión Operativa (MOS).
  • Evaluar y utilizar el Control de Horario Diario (DSC) y el Informe Operativo Semanal (DWOR).
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de procesos y evaluaciones de habilidades de los empleados, así como otras funciones del MOS según sea necesario.
  • Registrar el tiempo y la asistencia de los empleados y monitorear el tiempo extra.
  • Adherirse a los valores organizacionales y a los requisitos de seguridad.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES

  • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años como supervisor en un entorno de producción o manufactura es requerida.
  • Se prefiere un título universitario en un campo relacionado con la manufactura o producción.
  • Se requieren habilidades informáticas y de comunicación (Word, Excel, UKG).
  • Este rol requiere habilidades de comunicación sólidas, tanto escritas como verbales.

ESFUERZO FÍSICO

  • Visión: debe poder leer regularmente pantallas de computadora, informes y diversos documentos con detalle y claridad.
  • Audición: debe poder escuchar lo suficiente para comunicarse.
  • Coordinación Mano-Ojo: debe poder coordinar sus ojos con sus manos para manipular objetos.
  • Destreza Manual: debe poder realizar movimientos rápidos y coordinados con las manos y brazos.
  • Agilidad: debe poder moverse por todas las áreas de la instalación.
  • Levantamiento: debe poder levantar ocasionalmente hasta 25 libras con o sin asistencia.
  • Fuerza Física: debe poder levantar, empujar o cargar objetos utilizando varios grupos musculares.
  • Resistencia: debe poder realizar tareas físicas durante períodos prolongados.

CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO

  • Ubicación Física: Esta posición opera entre un entorno de oficina y una planta de manufactura, a menudo asignada a un turno específico.
  • Trabajo en Equipo: Esta posición colaborará con otros para asegurar la eficiencia en el lugar de trabajo.
  • Habilidades de Escucha: Es necesario entender cómo utilizar la maquinaria de manera segura.
  • Capacidad para Seguir Instrucciones: Esta posición debe seguir instrucciones competentemente.
