Full-Time CNA Caregiver

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled CNA Caregiver to join our team as a Full-Time Home Health Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, skin care, and oral hygiene
- Provide physical assistance with transfers, positioning, and ambulation, as outlined in the client's care plan
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed
- Clear client pathways to ensure maximum safety
- Prepare light meals and snacks as needed
- Assist with medication administration and transportation
- Apply topical ointments and lotions as directed by the client
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to work with pets and smokers in client homes
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including on-call shifts
- Experience working with gait belts and Hoyer lifts
- Ability to transfer heavier patients
- Experience working with bedbound patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to participate in physical activity
- Ability to work for extended periods while standing and engaging in physical activity
- Moderate lifting required
- Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
