Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly skilled Employment and Labor Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our global law firm, you will have the opportunity to work on pioneering cases and contribute to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform legal research and analysis to support the development of employment and labor law strategies
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with California laws and regulations
  • Defend individual and class action wage and hour claims in court and arbitration
  • Respond to government investigations and inquiries related to employment and labor law
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement business development strategies
Requirements
  • Active member in good standing of the California bar or eligible to waive into the bar
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong background in California employment litigation and advice and counseling
  • Location: Los Angeles office (based in the office or willing to relocate)
