Facility Cleaning Specialist

**About the Position:**
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in long-term care facilities.
**Salary:** $13-$16 per hour, depending on experience
About the Job:
As a Facility Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include performing floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices. You will also be responsible for operating floor care equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining records of floor care activities, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
