Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on PCB Boards and wire harnesses to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and customer documentation.
  • Record inspection findings utilizing both manual and digital systems.
  • Create Material Non-Conformance reports for items that do not meet established standards.
  • Collaborate with quality department personnel regarding task assignments and priorities.
  • Engage with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to address any issues related to specifications or non-conformance.
  • Adapt to various tasks as directed by the department lead, supervisor, or manager.

Work Environment & Safety Considerations:

This position requires the operation of inspection and testing equipment within a manufacturing setting. The role may involve working at a computer station as necessary and assisting manufacturing staff on the production floor. Adherence to general safety protocols is essential, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed footwear as required.
