Essential Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with physicians or managers to determine patient needs.
  • Complete routine physical assessments using common assessment skills.
  • Contribute to patient care plans for pre-defined patient problems.
  • Respect patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Assist with patient education to promote self-care and independence.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active IN RN license and BLS certification required.
  • RN experience preferred.
