Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your specialty, ensuring consistency and presentation that meets our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies at the cooking stations, ensuring we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain a menu of frequently available ingredients, including vegetables, spices, and other essentials.
  • Work closely with the executive chef to develop new menu ideas and presentation styles, staying up-to-date on the latest culinary trends.
  • Optimize cooking processes to ensure speed, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and training to junior chefs to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes and leading kitchen teams.
  • Culinary school training or equivalent experience preferred.
