Job Overview

Global Dimensions, a HUBZone, service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, is actively seeking a Strategic Intelligence Coordinator. We specialize in a variety of fields including language and cultural services, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize intelligence knowledge to facilitate the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into comprehensive operational planning processes across the Department of Defense (DoD). This includes supporting the development of campaign strategies, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in alignment with established operational frameworks.
  • Assist in the execution of Cyberspace Intelligence planning initiatives and provide recommendations for optimal resource utilization throughout all planning stages.
  • Analyze and report on strategic directives relevant to cyberspace intelligence operations.
  • Oversee the creation of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans.
  • Evaluate intelligence planning processes and suggest necessary adjustments to enhance production.
  • Ensure that intelligence planning efforts are synchronized with operational rhythms and the planning of Cyberspace Intelligence Operations.
  • Support government personnel in the Joint Planning Group (JPG) and/or Operational Planning Team (OPT) by effectively communicating feedback to the matrix team.
  • Develop and manage an intelligence task list that identifies necessary intelligence support products and assigns responsibilities for completion.
  • Coordinate and resolve deadlines and overall scope for intelligence production requests and services.
  • Articulate requirements for Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) and other planning-related products.
  • Facilitate the production of Functional Support Plans (FSP) as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive policy and strategy support to assist the Intelligence Directorate's policy and strategy professionals.
  • Engage in Intelligence Planning Steering Groups (IPSG) to define the scope and level of intelligence planning support required.
  • Integrate Combatant Commands (CCMDs), service components, the Intelligence Community (IC), and the National Security Agency (NSA) into planning as necessary to ensure effective intelligence support and synchronization with other planning efforts.
  • Support Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations and facilitate intelligence assessments, including Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and analysis of adversary courses of action.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of Intelligence and Defense professionals to develop a cohesive understanding of the current operational environment and identify strategies to address any gaps.
  • Create methodologies for tracking progress against strategic initiatives and policy implementation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting and responding to inquiries related to policy and strategy.
  • Utilize various intelligence tools and databases to enhance operational effectiveness.
