About the Role

As a Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you will:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities based on the children's interests and needs
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and leading educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on early childhood education or a related field
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree required as per state of Minnesota Administrative Rules for teacher qualifications
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs
