Code Ninjas Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Instructor to join our team at Code Ninjas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding instruction to students aged 5-7, creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and providing feedback to parents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and ignite a love of learning.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters exploration, collaboration, and a sense of wonder.
  • Utilize creative teaching methods to teach hands-on STEM activities and coding for juniors.
  • Build strong relationships with kids and their parents, fostering their social and emotional development, and celebrating their individual strengths and wins.
  • Communicate effectively with parents providing regular updates on student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Working history with children aged 5-7 (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.).
  • Experience working with the general public.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or child care.
  • Ability to work well with others, collaborate, and be tech-savvy.
  • Must be fun to work with and like working in fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently.
