WORKING HOURS
Enjoy reliable weekday hours with our centers operating from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time role with no evening or weekend shifts.

MEANINGFUL IMPACT
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement engaging, meaningful programs for the individuals we support.

CASE MANAGEMENT
Develop personal relationships with clients, their families, and support teams to create tailored program plans that meet individual needs.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Utilize your creativity to plan enjoyable and rewarding activities both within the center and in the community.

DIRECT SUPPORT
All positions include a direct support component, assisting individuals with daily activities such as meal times, medication management, and personal care.

QUALIFICATIONS
While each member of the MSS team brings unique qualities, here are three essential traits we value:

2. **Experienced**: You meet Minnesota's requirements as a Designated Coordinator under 245D, possess a deep understanding of disability services, and are committed to providing excellent service to clients.

3. **Dependable**: You are reliable, clear-headed, and prioritize safety. A valid Minnesota driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card and pass a background check.
