Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including accountants, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
- Analyze credit risk and structure transactions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of our bank's products and services.
- Collaborate with our underwriting team to close loans, including supporting the preparation of credit approval memoranda, loan documentation, and client onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources, including accountants, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in asset-based lending, with a strong background in credit analysis, risk management, and client relationship development.
- Strong knowledge of working capital products and solutions, including asset-based lending.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across lines of business and enable functions to drive sales transformation and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
