Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with clients, service technicians, and management, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and accurate project details are conveyed.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while keeping precise, written schedules that reflect all service commitments to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to provide accurate labor estimates and establish realistic project deadlines.
- Follow industry-standard safety protocols and operate all tools and equipment in accordance with specified safety guidelines.
- Exhibit a clean driving record and operate vehicles safely, reporting any incidents or violations promptly.
- Travel primarily within the local area during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel as necessary.
