About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to clients in Schuylkill County.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote their health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop care plans
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' health and well-being
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
