Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist with CHI Health Connect Home-Fargo, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, and disease using manual therapy, modalities, and exercises.
  • Provide education and consulting services to patients and their families.
  • Supervise and train Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel.
  • Complete documentation related to patient care in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and provide educational in-services for staff and providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and provide professional recommendations regarding patient care.
  • Participate in patient-related care coordination activities.
  • Positive promotion of department and profession within the hospital/clinic and community.

Qualifications

  • Possess a degree from a baccalaureate, Masters, or Doctorate program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the State of North Dakota.
  • Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
  • Current North Dakota Driver's license.
