Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident needs by answering signal lights and bells
- Assist residents with personal care, including grooming, bathing, and hygiene
- Support residents during meals and assist with feeding
- Facilitate mobility and exercise for residents
- Monitor and record vital signs and other health metrics as directed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
- Six months of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
