Job Summary:

The Interventional Radiology Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in emergency situations and provide leadership as needed
  • Delegate tasks to other healthcare team members as appropriate
Requirements:
  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: IR experience, procedural sedation, PICC or ultrasound-guided access experience
