The Stembridge - Salient Agency is actively seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist with da Vinci training to join a well-established Urology practice. The medical facility is recognized as the most extensive healthcare provider in the region, serving a diverse population across multiple counties. It encompasses several hospitals, ambulance services, a wide-ranging medical office network, a cancer treatment center, hospice services, a retirement community, skilled nursing facilities, imaging centers, and urgent care clinics. Key service areas include cardiology, neurology, trauma care, oncology, orthopedics, surgical services, and maternal and child health.

Position Highlights:

  • Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Shared on-call responsibilities
  • Hospital-based employment model
  • Utilization of Epic electronic medical records
  • Access to advanced surgical technology including the Intuitive da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • Holmium Lumenis Pulse 100H Laser available
  • State-of-the-art OEC Elite CFD Premium Mobile C-Arm for cystoscopy

Qualifications:

  • Board eligible or certified in Urology
  • Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Georgia
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate with referring physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Commitment to excellence in quality, service, safety, process enhancement, program development, and team dynamics. Familiarity with the EPIC electronic medical record system is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering a positive and innovative work environment.
