Job Title: Advanced Physical Therapy Specialist

About the Role:
Cone Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat all diagnoses and more complex patients with confidence and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and other physical therapy interventions to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management techniques to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with others in developing and implementing discharge plans and recommendations for continued care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, treatment outcomes, and responses to interventions so that treatment plans can be adjusted as needed.

Qualifications:
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Required: 3 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Licenses/Certifications: North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
