About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Lead Educator to join our team at Primrose School at West Woods. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5 years and up.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a group of children in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming.
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and implement strategies to support their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to plan parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements
  • ECT Certification
  • Experience working with children aged 5 years and up
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement lesson plans and daily classroom schedule
