Job Description
At Primrose School of West Woods, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Our school is committed to providing a premier educational child care experience, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.

Responsibilities
Plan and implement a daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming.
Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and implement strategies to support their growth and development.
Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
Provide clear and consistent expectations for children's behavior and provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children.
Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions, and maintain overall professional personal appearance.

Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
1 year of experience in a toddler classroom setting, preferably with a Primrose School.
CPR certification and Child Development Associate (CDA) certification preferred.
