Join Our Team as a Lead Teacher at Primrose School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team at Primrose School at West Woods. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students and contributing to the growth and development of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
  • Supervise and support a team of teachers to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Assess and address the developmental needs of each child, working closely with parents and other educators to ensure individualized support.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and attractive classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administrators to ensure seamless collaboration and support.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education, preferably with a degree in a related field.
