Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Creation Specialist to join our team. As a Content Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content for our social media channels and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate and draft short-form social media copy for various platforms, including Instagram, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
  • Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Test various content creation formats, including skits, greenscreen, and dynamic editing.
  • Identify emerging trends and topics and activate quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform.
  • Develop content strategies and calendars for NoGood's social channels and clients.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of published social media content regularly to derive insights and optimize future content.
  • Support in creator partnerships, outreach, and relationship management.
  • Author blog articles and contribute to the NoGood blog with unique ideas about the world of marketing.
Requirements:
  • Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel.
  • Strong writing and social media copywriting skills, including long- and short-form.
  • Impeccable storytelling skills - you know how to capture attention and maintain it.
  • Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of key platform metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
  • Interest in growth, product, and tech, as well as in the know of social media trends & internet culture.
  • An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way.
  • An ability to create engaging content (written text, images, and video) that aligns with brand look and feel, brings new ideas to the team, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment.
  • A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices.
  • Great organizational and project management skills.
  • Humor and meme-making abilities are a huge plus
