- Compensation: The position offers an hourly wage of $16, with a commitment of up to 24 hours per week.
- Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person attendance for specific tasks, such as video shoots.
- Preferred Work Schedule: Candidates should be available for either 3-4 half days or 2-3 full days each week, with hours typically from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
ABOUT GLOW RECIPE:
Glow Recipe is dedicated to creating innovative, fruit-infused skincare solutions that promote healthy, radiant skin. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free, designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Content Team in developing engaging short-form social media content across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, with a strong focus on video production.
- Draft and schedule daily posts for various social media channels.
- Analyze weekly social media performance metrics and share insights with the Content Team.
- Collaborate on the content planning calendar to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support the Creative Content Manager with pre-production tasks and assist during video and photo shoots.
- Conduct competitive analyses and audits of social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
- Located in the greater NYC area or able to commute regularly.
- Strong interest in marketing, beauty, and skincare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in video editing software and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is preferred.
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
