We are seeking a skilled Building Care Specialist to join our team in the City of Fayetteville's facilities department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity and safety of our buildings, including plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, and other equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and repairing building systems
  • Conduct inspections and identify potential safety hazards or issues
  • Provide direction and training to less experienced personnel as needed
