Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture business relationships with partners to enhance sales performance and expand high net worth (HNW) business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with the Team Leader or Head of Sales to execute strategic business plans aligned with critical sales metrics.
3. Strengthen partnerships by understanding and addressing the unique needs of each partner to boost sales.
4. Provide comprehensive support to partners and internal teams to seize business opportunities effectively.
5. Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency in business delivery by facilitating collaboration between partners and team resources.
6. Contribute innovative ideas and feedback from partners to enhance AIA's competitive offerings.
7. Address day-to-day partner-related inquiries to maintain our high service standards.

Qualifications:

- University or College degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and management capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of insurance and investment products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
