About the Role

HCA Florida Putnam Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to identify their dietary needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized diet plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust diet plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Current Commission on Dietetic Registration and State Certified Dietitian credentials.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility, with new graduates required to pass the Registration Examination for Dietitians within 30 days of start date.
