Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist - Retail Store is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build productive relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
