Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Key Account Clerk (m/f/d) for our internal sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently handling time-sensitive tasks and correspondence, coordinating product development, processing trade complaints, managing sample shipments and requests, preparing quotes in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, and coordinating promotional listings, new listings, and delistings.
Key Responsibilities- Independently handle time-sensitive tasks and correspondence to ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate product development, including packaging and label design, to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Process trade complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage sample shipments and requests to ensure efficient and effective product testing.
- Prepare quotes in collaboration with the Key Account Manager to provide accurate and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate promotional listings, new listings, and delistings to optimize product visibility and sales.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
