We are seeking an Agile Project Coordinator who possesses a comprehensive understanding of both traditional project management and Agile methodologies. This role demands a proactive leader who embodies the qualities of a 'T-shaped' individual, possessing both depth and breadth of knowledge in project management practices.
Key Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Position Overview:
The Agile Project Coordinator will oversee the execution of large-scale network operations projects, requiring a robust understanding of Agile and Scrum practices. The successful candidate will be dynamic, engaging, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver solutions that align with customer expectations and business goals. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere.
The Agile Project Coordinator will manage the daily operations of various projects within the assigned technology domain. This includes working closely with release train leaders and Scrum teams for projects that integrate into larger programs. Key responsibilities encompass planning, monitoring, executing, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while adhering to quality metrics. The role requires leading Daily Stand-ups, Planning Meetings, Retrospectives, and Review Meetings, employing techniques that encourage teams towards ongoing enhancement. You will coach teams to improve metrics and address antipatterns with a focus on Lean/Agile delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience facilitating Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning/Refinement Meetings, Review/Demo Meetings, and Retrospectives.
- Experience in a project management role implementing large enterprise software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Little's Law, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, Cycle Time, Lean, Lead time, Team Dysfunctions, Antipatterns, and Team Analysis.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in brainstorming and maximizing meeting value.
- Enthusiastic and personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach, coach, and mentor Scrum Team members towards successful project outcomes.
- Highly motivated with a positive and assertive demeanor.
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative as a self-starter.
- Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Product Owner are advantageous.
