We are currently in search of a seasoned Lead Treasury Operations Manager to manage all facets of our treasury functions. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in cash flow oversight, a meticulous approach to detail, and the strategic capability to navigate financial risks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute cash management strategies to enhance liquidity and ensure optimal fund utilization.
  • Analyze cash flow forecasts and variances to pinpoint trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating service agreements.
  • Supervise daily cash management tasks, such as cash positioning, wire transfers, and funding needs.
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate fluctuations and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Implement a comprehensive set of internal financial controls in partnership with Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Coordinate treasury functions with other departments, including accounting, finance, and operations.
  • Prepare and deliver cash flow reports, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in treasury management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CTP certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, particularly in cash flow oversight.
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments, banking services, and cash management methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting techniques.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in managing relationships with banks and financial service providers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
