Administrative Sciences Department Manager

The Administrative Sciences Department at Metropolitan College is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to support the department's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including data analysis, website maintenance, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including data analysis, website maintenance, and special projects.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track departmental data.
- Design and update the department's website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerBI, and data analytics programs such as Excel for Business, SPSS, Python, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Marketing.
- Experience in data analysis and website design.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
