Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with senior leadership to develop and implement aligned HR strategies that support business priorities.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Recruit, interview, and advise on candidate selection for open positions.
  • Coach and consult with management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Provide guidance and direction to management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Present and facilitate organizational development programs.
  • Conduct investigations and manage complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with HR systems.
  • Strong generalist experience with solid track record in managing complex HR issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
