Customer Experience Associate

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, and perform all related check-out procedures.
  • Maintain accuracy during transactions, ensuring customers are charged correctly and proper funds are collected.
  • Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions.
  • Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with coworkers and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • No prior experience required.
