Position Overview

Compensation:
Shop Welder: $19-$25 per hour, transitioning to field welding opportunities.
Laborer: $15-$23 per hour, with potential to advance to shop welding roles.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding tasks, including dual shield welding, fillet welds, and CJP's.
- Prepare metal pieces, including coping and grinding.
- Assist in the fabrication of small parts and perform cleanup duties.
- Engage in both shop and field work, primarily for custom residential projects.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and Social Security Card.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of construction and heavy equipment is advantageous.
