We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal General of East Norwich.
As the face of our hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for our practice and builds and maintains each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
- Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Hospital maintenance and ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times.
