- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as rent collection, delinquency management, and resident communication.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, providing insights and recommendations to the community manager.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with a focus on leasing and customer service.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
