The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned leader to develop and direct our dining service team towards delivering outstanding client and customer dining experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conducting daily audits to ensure safety, sanitation, food quality, and meal delivery standards are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to analyze performance and drive financial goals.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with dining services and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
