Discovery ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Southern Pines team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the location, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, and providing clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Southern Pines location.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required.
- LBA certification.
- 4+ years of experience in the ABA field.
- Leadership experience a plus.
- Administrative experience a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
