Job Summary:

Catena Solutions is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Finance Manager to join our team. As a strategic finance business partner, you will provide financial support and analysis to optimize cost, profitability, and drive overall business performance for multiple manufacturing plants with annual spend of $200M - $300M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end analysis and provide comprehensive financial and statistical results to local and senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to promote a visible and responsible financial culture on site.
  • Report on manufacturing budgets and variances, and analyze and forecast manufacturing performance.
  • Drive site-level forecasting process and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure integrity of the manufacturing general ledger and present conclusions on P&L, manufacturing variances, labor analysis, and relevant capital expenditures to senior leadership monthly.
  • Develop annual site budget with local leadership team.
  • Steward capital budget for manufacturing plants, including development of ROI and post-implementation analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-3+ years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders in a clear and persuasive manner.
