Job Title: Field Service Foreman

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Foreman to join our team. As a Field Service Foreman, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of Field Technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects and jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Field Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Ensure that all projects and jobs are executed within budget and on time, while maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
  • Enforce and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator to ensure that all necessary resources, including manpower and equipment, are available to complete projects and jobs.
  • Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects as directed.
  • Perform physical labor, including lifting and pulling heavy objects, and operate light and heavy equipment, hand tools, and powered industrial tools.
  • Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, skin, face, hand, and foot protection.
  • Work in various temperatures, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, and in atmospheres and locations with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Work at elevations, including climbing ladders and scaffolding, and assist in field sampling activities and calibration of meters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including being on call for emergency response and performing lead responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a physically intensive role and a supervisory, crew lead, or leadership role.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, including overnight, and be on call for emergency response.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, as required.
  • Meet facial hair standards per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous heavy equipment experience, including bobcats and excavators.
  • Previous environmental and/or industrial experience, including site remediation, spill response, hydro blasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, and refinery-based work.
  • Commercial driver license.
