The Industrial Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of system-controlled robotics, machine tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Identify and evaluate the condition of equipment and determine the strategy to repair and rebuild.
- Own preventative maintenance and extensive repairs; diagnose problems, plan, and complete work required, identify and order parts.
- Machine Tool Maintenance and Modification
- Maintain and modify machine tools, conveyors, process equipment, facilities, including spindles, pumps, motors, guarding, drives, bearings, lead screws, including lubrication fluids and coolant.
- Technical Expertise
- Apply knowledge of components, devices, and equipment used in industrial equipment applications and the related mechanics, including various machine tools, measurement devices, lathes.
- Associate's Degree in Mechanical Discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with a Military Mechanical Training Course.
- Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic fundamental and safety knowledge (schematics, precision measurement tools, LOTO).
- Hourly pay range: $37.61 USD per hour.
